I bought a refrigerator at South Pueblo Lowe's and paid for delivery. The refrigerator arrived on time and the workers were very professional and polite and friendly. I used to shop at Home Depot but their workers that do installation were rude and damaged my kitchen floor when I bought a range. I highly recommend South Side Lowe's, the workers were fast and did not do any damage to my home!

I've always come here for tools, supplies, etc. However, one time in particular, one employee, Ray, took exceptional care to help me have a great experience. He shook my hand, remembered my name, and was great to work with. Ray is the man!

Had a great experience at Lowe’s Home Improvement. The store was clean, well organized, and had everything I needed for my project. The staff was friendly and helpful, especially when it came to finding materials and answering questions. Checkout was quick and the prices were fair. Definitely one of the better home improvement stores in the area and I’ll be back for future projects.

This is more about their third party delivery people. Bought a refrigerator that fit our dimensions. Delivery team showed up - dismantled our current broken refrigerator and then proceeded to tell us they couldn’t get it through our kitchen entryway. (It was installed in 2016 with the current entryways!) They left a partially dismantled appliance in our kitchen. They wanted to leave our new fridge in our garage. UMMMM - no! We told them to take it back. We went into the store that afternoon and a manager assured us it would be taken care of. Delivery company contacted us later and said they would not take the old fridge. We went into the store the next morning to cancel everything. They were unable to process a cancellation and the system still showed the new refrigerator in delivery. We did not authorize any other delivery! Management got involved again - but informed us that it would take a day or two. I will say the refund showed up on my credit card late this afternoon. We went up the street and made a refrigerator purchase from Home Depot. No issues. Delivery in two days. This afternoon a friend and my hubby moved the old refrigerator out of our kitchen NO PROBLEM. No damage.

I needed help with the plastic piece for my car bottom, so I thought to come into store to see if I can have help to get a scissor or anything to pull it off. I met these amazing people from the store that I need to shout out for, the sweet lady Belle & gentleman Lamarr! They were sweet & kind to come to my car, helped me with the piece. And I couldn’t be more grateful for it 🥹🙏 what a beautiful team and people that work here! Thank you for the kindness you guys had!! Shout out to them!!! 🙏🙏🙏 please don’t stop being amazing! 😍
